I’m baking pumpkin stuff today in my new apron. I love how lightweight the fabric is and the cute little pocket. The style is very forgiving and adjustable.
I’ve gained a lot of weight over the last 18 months and it’s hard for me to find things to wear that make me feel good about myself. As I get healthier, the weight is slowly coming off. Since this apron is adjustable it will wear with me through my health journey.
My friend makes these as her home business. Isn’t it fun to order from a cottage business once in awhile? The small scale production and attention to detail is a treat. It’s such a pretty little package to get in the mail.
It’s super cute!
Thanks, Stacy! I’m so glad your site is fixed now. Everyone go visit stacymakescents.com and grab a delicious recipe 🙂
I love the style of your apron! I am not much for the frilly styled ones I’ve seen lately.
Aprons bring back warm memories of cooking with my grandma as a young girl. Everyday she wore a dress & an apron over it! By the way I love Stacy’s blog! Her recipes are so yummy! Planning on fixing her crockpot chicken fajitas tomorrow for supper.
Jenny, I’m with you. I have such lovely memories of my grandma’s and their aprons. My great-grandma died before I was born, but I got a child sized half apron that she made completely by hand. Every perfect stitch was made without a machine. I wore it a lot as a child, but it’s safe in my cedar box now. I show it to the kids when we go through the treasures in there.
Adorable! Aprons always seem to lift my spirits.
Angela,
Cute apron!!! I need to check out her site! Thanks for always being real and sharing your ups an downs. Health is truly a journey. 🙂
so cute! And so many aprons are half aprons,,,it is harder to find full sized aprons. And frankly, I need a full sized one. How else can I keep all manner of cooking stains off my clothes? I am a slob! lol
