With Grocery Shrink Plus, everything is laid out for you. I hope this is freeing. Freeing enough that you can relax and let your kids help you in the kitchen. The day we made chicken nuggets, little Brandon stopped in to help. I was surprised how good at it he was!

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (or tenderloins) | ½ lb | 1 lb | 2 lbs | 3 lbs |
Bread Crumbs or crushed cornflakes | 1 cup | 2 cups | 4 cups | 6 cups |
Parmesan Cheese | 2 Tbs | ¼ cup | 1/2 cup | ¾ cup |
Salt | ¼ tsp | ½ tsp | 1 tsp | 1 ½ tsp |
Onion powder | 1/8 tsp | ¼ tsp | ½ tsp | ½ tsp |
Garlic powder | 1/8 tsp | ¼ tsp | ½ tsp | ½ tsp |
Unbleached flour or brown rice flour | 2 Tbs | ¼ cup | ½ cup | ¾ cup |
Eggs, beaten | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Dip in flour. Then dip in beaten egg and again in cornflake/breadcrumb mixture.
