Wednesday: Professional
Most women have more than one profession to think about today which can soon become totally overwhelming! To help, brainstorm a list of things you would like to improve then simplify it down to just a few things. It’s okay to set a goal that will start at a later date too. Spread out your projects through the year so you will not become overloaded.
Homemaking: While this could include a limitless number of things, I’ve simplified it into 3 areas.
Cleanliness and organization
Meal preparation, nutrition, and presentation
Decorating and atmosphere
2. Homeschool:
Spiritual training
Electives such as Music, Art, Home Ec, Shop
Core Subjects:
Scheduling:
Grading and record keeping :
Managing toddlers and preschool activities:
3. Outside Job: Do you have an outside job or home-based business? This is your year to make it great!
Revise business plan and goals
Update record keeping including tax records
Write a new business budget
Write a daily schedule and decide what hours you will work on your business
Hint: With my growing family, homeschool and other responsibilities, I am revising my business plans to make them more automated and self-regulating so I can spend more time with the most important people in my life. If you are thinking about starting a home-based business consider the amount of time you have to devote to it. Is it possible to get paid for doing things that you are already doing?
