It’s time to make your menu plan for December! What a fun month for planning! I’m starting the Holiday Hottie Contest with Fit Yummy Mummy on the 6th. So for 21 days my menu will reflect my goals for that contest. The challenge is to keep it festive and supportive at the same time–while still keeping the intensity of the meal prep low.
Here’s a pdf menu planning sheet for you for December: December 2011 menu
Can I ask you some questions? I am interested in the Fit Yummy Mummy thing, I desperately need to do something, I keep gaining weight, little by little the older I get. In fact my youngest ‘baby’ is almost 9 and I weigh more now than I did shortly after she was born. Do they only offer the FYM as an ebook? Is is harder to follow the exercises when you have to look at them on the computer? Did you print out the whole book? Are there videos that show you how to do the exercises? Thanks for your advice and help!

Kathy, The ebook is not just an ebook. It comes with several ebooks in the package plus how to videos for all the exercises. Holly makes it very simple to follow and while they exercises are intense, they are graded so if you are not used to exercising you can start at the level where you are and work up. It’s the best thing that has happened to my fitness routine!
I didn’t print out the book. I read it online and pull up the videos to watch as needed.

I voted for you and I’m glad that you won 3rd place. š You inspired me to give it a try and I’m wondering if you bought any of the prograde products or not? I’m wondering if I should buy some or not and since we have a tight budget around here I don’t want to waste my money.
